Most of our employees have professional qualifications as accountants or managers.

A team could be as large as 25 accountants or process executives and as small as
a fraction of an accountant or process executive depending on the requirements of
the customer.
We have team leaders supervising the teams and quality reviewers doing a concurrent
review for quality.
Our compensation practice includes: fixed pay, variable pay linked to individual
performance, stay on bonus and stock options. Ten percent of the stocks in
TaurusQuest are allocated to employees under a stock option plan.
