Skills:	Knowledge of disclosure requirements that apply to public companies listed in stock exchanges in India Knowledge of IFRS and Accounting standards in India Ability to learn XBRL (the meta tag framework by which financial statements would be published in future in various countries in various stock exchanges) tools and use them in preparation of financial statements (the complexity is similar to that learning and using Microsoft Excel to a reasonably advanced level).
