We understand the importance of customer care processes (especially by email or live chat) to small and midsize enterprises that do not have the necessity or means to provide 24 x 7 dedicated voice support.

  • Receive requests for help from customers by (toll free or paid) phone, email or chat
  • Provide Level 1 or Level 2 support to customers based on your manuals/instructions
  • Transfer higher level enquiries to you for prompt attention (and in the case of voice calls, let customers know that someone would call them within x hours from your enterprise)
  • Update and maintain a database of customer requests to help you understand the concerns and experience of your customers so as to lead to the modification of your product/service manuals or the products/services.

It is easy to start using us without any significant upfront investment.   All you need to do is to:
  • Provide sufficient toll free numbers in your geography to receive calls where voice support is required
  • Acquire a firewall (if you do not have one) so that we can have a safe/protected access to your customer care system from our delivery center.
  • Provide us access to your customer care system.
