Most of our employees have professional qualifications as accountants or managers.  All our employees have at least an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or economics.

All of them speak, read and write English.

We create “dedicated” teams for each customer.

A team could be as large as 25 accountants or process executives and as small as a fraction of an accountant or process executive depending on the requirements of the customer.

We have team leaders supervising the teams and quality reviewers doing a concurrent review for quality.

Our compensation practice includes:  fixed pay, variable pay linked to individual performance, stay on bonus and stock options.  Ten percent of the stocks in TaurusQuest are allocated to employees under a stock option plan.
