HELP YOUR CLIENTS COMPETE BETTER
IN THE CAPITAL MARKET

As a lawyer or filing agency or financial press, you play an important role for your client corporation.

You help your client corporation stay competitive in the capital market by presenting (and filing) their financial and other statements to the public domain.

You understand the importance of:
  • Aesthetic presentation (that invites and retains investor/analyst attention)
  • Structured lay-out (that facilitates users acquire familiarity with the document rapidly)
  • Zero errors and
  • Quick turnaround

You prepare and upload the regulatory filings with SEC’s:
  • EDGAR in traditional HTML format and
  • IDEA in interactive XBRL format
Our credentials in XBRL and Edgar filings
Better stock price thanks to interactive data or better presentation
  • We provide complete edgarization service for a very large financial filing agency and several small filing agencies in New York

  • We provide composition and edgarization support for a leading financial publishers/printer in New York
We have a “track record” of doing this for four years; and currently handle more than 10,000 filings per annum.

How much would it cost?

Upfront investment is minimal to secure your network. You need to provide us access to your system. We would take care of the rest.

Recurring costs are confined to our invoices for services. These can be in any format:
(a)   $ per document
(b)   $/hour of process executive time
(c)   $/month per process executive dedicated

Our customers tend to save at least 50% of the total cost (salaries, benefits, facility costs etc) on outsourcing processes to us.  We collect a refundable deposit equivalent to one month’s anticipated billing to cover training costs.
