You can call the team that works for you during agreed working hours by dialing a US/UK number or you can communicate with them by email or chat.

In addition, we have a multi-tier client engagement model:

On site manager Your office (for large size engagements) Co-ordinates inputs, outputs, escalation, error-handling etc  with your managers
Program manager Our office Provides single point interface for all issues relating to delivery of contracted services
Client relationship manager Your city or our city Provides an independent ear to express service satisfaction issues and explore opportunities to expand engagement
Account manager Our city Your first point of call for all emergencies that require quick resolution. A member of our Management Team.

We strive to have Quality review meetings once a quarter (with all of the above present) to agree on action items for continuous improvement of process effectiveness, process efficiency and people productivity.
