TaurusQuest is supervised by an independent majority Board of Directors. All members of the Board are covenanted to comply with our ethical Code of Conduct. Members of the Board include:

T R Santhanakrishnan

Chairman/CEO

TRS is the Founder/CEO of TaurusQuest. Previously TRS was Global CFO of Sutherland Global Services Inc, a large multi-national ITES business in New York. He was also CFO of Sify Technologies Limited, a leading internet network company in India listed on Nasdaq National Market in the United States. As its CFO TRS raised over $ 250 million in successive public and private offerings for Sify and took the company public in the United States. TRS has also worked in various senior positions for the Royal Dutch/Shell Oil Group. TRS is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost and Management Accountant (who received the J. N. Bose Gold Medal for best performance in India). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras (with first rank in university)

Mohan Kuruvilla

Member, Board of Directors

Mohan is an independent member of the Board of Directors. Mohan is the Dean of the School of Business at Houston Baptist University in Houston, Texas and holds the Herman Brown Chair of Business and Economics in the University. Earlier he was a director in KPMG in India. Mohan is a Certified Public Accountant and a Charterd Accountant. He holds an MBA in Finance and a Ph D in Accounting from the University of Houston. He serves as a Director of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants ("TSCPA") and as a member of the Board of the Houston CPA Society.

Will Mathieson

Member, Board of Directors

A member of the Board of Directors, Will is the founder/CEO of TQUK Limited, which markets TaurusQuest’s services in the UK. Will was previously a senior manager with the Royal/Dutch Shell Oil Group and held global finance responsibilities . During his 23 years with Shell, Will worked in Shell’s upstream exploration and production and downstream oil and chemicals businesses and had assignments in Aberdeen, London, Melbourne, Muscat and The Hague. Will qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Stirling, Scotland.

Gopal Rajagopalan

Member, Board of Directors

Gopal Rajagopalan is an independent member of the Board of Directors. Gopal is the Chairman of Cobalt Venture Advisers Private Limited, which is engaged in private equity advisory mandates and turnaround activities in select sectors. Earlier he served as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Manipal Universal Learning Private Limited. Gopal is the Regional Director, South Asia of the Global Information Infrastructure commission (GIIC) and serves on the ASIP Advisory Board of Asia society. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Madras and an MBA from the Jamanalal Bajaj Institute, University of Mumbai.
