In three months, we would be celebrating completion of 7 years.
The business has grown old and young.
The business has matured. Seven years back we were a start up in a mad rush to grow. Several entrepreneurial spirits joined us with nothing but hope and faith.
Everyone was doing everything. Today we are a far larger enterprise. We are a bigger team with structure, roles and responsibilities. We have well set policies and practices to institutionalize our DNA of “Clients first. Clients second. Clients third”.
The business has grown young too. Our headcount doubled this year; is likely to double in another six months. We have quite a number of young finance experts with a flair for technology. The young team that has volunteered to be responsible for the design of our new 25,000 square feet office is talking of colors that would not have passed a few years back!
We needed a new logo.
Things change. Yet things remain the same.
Our company name reflects our corporate mission: pursuing the growth of our clients by getting them competitive advantage of quality and cost. Yes, Quality first and cost next. We had the rising graph to symbolize growth. We had a bull within the graph. Not the aggressive bull with steam coming through its nose that you find in Wall Street. This is more a softer version looking sideways symbolizing optimism.
We needed a new logo that incorporated all these, is youthful and carries a message: “Growth, of course, is the right choice”.
We went to a young team of professionals in the UK with the remit. Several tried. James Lane gave us what we wanted.
Watch our masthead. Will change soon.
